This is a note of our sincere appreciation how you managed our kitchen remodel and the basement/ADU conversion. First you are wonderful to work with. You know how to communicate with your clients and navigate the way through more challenging discussions when they arise. You bring great attention to finish work and catch the nuanced details, often before we could bring it up. And you did all this with a sense of humor and great deal of professionalism.
And then your guys are a pleasure to have on the job. They work diligently and bring your same attention of detail to the tasks before them. And they too have a great sense of humor. And it is clear the long-term relationship you have with your subs and how they understand how important it is they deliver their scope of work with the same expectations and degree of professionalism.
Your timeliness were essentially met or only altered because of supply delays, sub’s timelines, or we added to the scope of work as things wee discovered along the way.
